Grouchy till staff. I just spent 600$ and asked if I could have a 2024 calendar. The grouch barked at me; ONLY TAKE ONE. Seriously? I never had any intention of taking more than one of your stupid promotional calendars 📅. I hate rude people.

I just want to thank this place for checking my car with the code reading machine. They saved me over $1000 when Ford misdiagnosed my transmission problem and all I had to do was replace a $51 sensor. Ford told me I needed a new TCM which would take at least a year to get in and leave my car not driveable for a year. Super grateful to the staff here for their common sense, which Ford's mechanics do not have.

Absolutely amazing people! I came in to see if I could find a specific item. They didn’t have it but instead of just turning me away they discussed with me where I could find it. On top of that, another employee heard our conversation and offered to help me with a fuse issue I had in my car. They were aware that the item I was looking for wasn’t there, but they still put in the time and effort to help me, even though it wouldn’t bring in any business. 1000% would recommend and will go back!

I called and ordered a part for my truck. I spoke with Alan on the phone. He ordered the part for me and also offered to help me install it. If it wasn’t for him I would not know my next step, so I just wanted to leave this review for Alan @ auto value because he’s a lifesaver, a top-notch guy and all around a nice person.
